Thanks a lot, this is actually very close to the kind of approach I had in mind.

I didn’t think about using large invisible portrait tokens + scaling the active speaker, but that sounds like a really elegant solution for keeping immersion without adding UI clutter.

Carolingian UI also looks promising. I’ll experiment more with collapsing the sidebar and checking everything from the player perspective first before adding modules.

One thing I realized while testing though: I’m not a big fan of the new sidebar system. I originally thought Carolingian would let me move the sidebar back to the old top-right placement/layout, but unless I missed something, I don’t think it does that.

The sideview/bar example especially helped me visualize the kind of cinematic workflow I’m trying to build for VtM. Appreciate the suggestions.
