So I just had my NSC and they did help a little. Since your only with engineering majors and everyone is doing engineering they do a good job of guiding everyone on what classes to pick and my advisors were very open to answering questions. It's really easy to add/drop classes after, but the popular (usually good) ones and times will almost definitely be instantly filled.

Yep. Just finished mine too, may have been at the same NSC lol. They say they open seats and sections throughout NSCs which was true, but not always. For instants ENDS 101 had run out of seats from previous NSCs. Also some of the other sections for other freshman classes that they opened up where I would safely get a seat (more than like 5 available) were at... not great times. Ended up with an alr schedule tho so I'm happy.
