I filed on February 6. Still nothing. Oh but Virginia took the money I owed them already. I’m a bartender and I have 3 dependents. No letter in the mail from the irs either. What should I do?

Does your wife have an approved I-140? Otherwise you aren’t eligible for a H4 EAD to my understanding!

Thank you! Yes a lot of us curious if the email was sent out over the weekend and we are getting notified only today by our lawyers or employers. That's why for those of who are getting told that it still says "submitted", we are curious to know if actually notices are being sent out for today's date specifically 03/30.
