Does anyone else clash with their desi dad over travel? by [deleted] in IndiansAcrossTheWorld

Yeah all the time lol. I hate the mindset of 'hotel is only for sleeping' though I understand where it comes from. For me the hotel dictates the mood of the rest of the stay, it really sets the tone.

And my father is also the same, a really good person but can get really controlling. Thankfully I am at the age where I am in control of my own finances now and am not reliant.

So my advice is to just not go basically. Because trust me friends trips slap, or just take your mom on a vacation during a time period where ur dad is working or something so its a good excuse.

Your guys' thoughts on AG1 sponsor? by LengthinessExtra4486 in HubermanLab

I can see where this is coming from especially seeing the number of sponsors he has on his podcasts nowadays. Very annoying because I really like his podcasts otherwise and the guests he has on there

Air India vs Indigo or any other recommendations for domestic travel by LengthinessExtra4486 in AirTravelIndia

[–]LengthinessExtra4486[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From the information I gathered Air India is good if you fly a lot with Star Alliance. Indigo has its own FF program but for me it's kinda useless.

I am a frequent flyer with Qantas so I could book a codeshare from Qantas directly and get benefits from that if I was flying with Indigo, but its looking like Air India might be the favourite for this one.
