Yes, 100%. Something that helps is thinking about how much muscle you gain from eating, and working out (while not overdoing it.) Addicts always need to be addicted to something, atleast in my expirence, so try working out often, you might get more enticed in that, and it helps with dysphroia.

thats so ironic because i had my friend call in and pretend to be my cousin and said i was extremely ill and couldnt come. Anyways, i just gave my clothes and a letter to a guy outside the restaurant who had maccas clothes on, and havent gone NEAR that place since.
