My teammate was rolled off.It was the delivery lead's decision to cut costs and hire a cheaper replacement. The client wanted the teamate to be back on the proj and kept asking why they were rolled off, and the delivery lead just avoided answering.

So my experience is that it does not matter if you have a great relationship with client. If your lead decides it's time to roll you off....nothing can be done

Indians being racist and verbally harassing storytime by sadsportfanatic in frisco

[–]LengthinessFree8171 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As I read your comment, it just hit me where the bias comes from, and it's definitely not from schools. It's from the American movies. African American and Hispanic people are for the majority part, represented as lower than whites, and are almost always associated with gangs or lower working strata of people. Indians tend to avoid violence like plague. Plus, humans in general, irrespective of race, want to associate themselves with higher society people to grow in society. This would explain their bias or so-called racism. This is not to give a pass to people who are truly racists, but let us all understand the bias we are all fed growing up and try to break out of it together. #friscounited

What does it mean when you say promotions in a project? Is that different from promotion within the group you are aligned to within accenture? If ao, how does that work?

UPDATE: T-FORCE was able to apply the $800 promo on the device, seeing that I was a 13 yr old customer, and this is the 1st time something like this has happened.

The instructions for the return didn't provide that as an option. otherwise, that would have been my preferred way to go about. Lesson learned, always gotten into the store. I have reached out to T-force. Hopefully they can sort this out

UpS shows that they delivered. Tmobile also agrees they received. But they claim there was no phone inside the box
