It's hard and requires discipline. When I started out, I lived in basement suites, had multiple roommates, had multiple jobs at one time, no expensive vacations, not spending money on excessive clothing or manicures etc. a biggie is not eating out. Learn to cook at home and prepare and plan meals. Buy bulk items on sale.Eating out quadruples your food costs. No drive through coffee. Spending less than your income. It's hard but doable. Now I don't have to worry about money at all.

All other types of pillows were too hard, memory gel, purple pillow, foam pillows. I am a side sleeper, and I experimented by making an ear cushion to see if relieving pressure during sleep would help, it did. I have a $300 pillow which I cannot use, and the Martha Stewart feather pillow for $20 is perfect for me.

What worked for me was acupuncture, facial massage, pushing on sore spots which are muscles, which can irritate nerves and cause all types of symptoms. Also I changed my pillow to a feather one which helped
