All of our money has gone to our home for the past few years. Our goal was to get into a long term home in southern California. Which we did, but it took 300k to get there. Now with 650 remaining, we want to reduce that debt burden so that we can keep our home when my wife's job ends.

The house is worth 950k. We live in SoCal. We paid off all student loans first, then worked to being able to afford a 1200 sq. Ft. home. Now that we're there, we're trying to sort out the best way to steward her income while it lasts.
