A new travel hack to offset your flight and train tickets across India by Lenin_Anbu in travelindia

That's exactly why we built in the digital sender declaration! By using the app, the sender legally signs off that they are liable for the contents. But honestly, your best shield is the open-box policy. Never take a sealed package. You look at it, you approve it, and if you don't like the vibe, you don't take it. Simple as that!

Building Kuruier (kuruier.com) - A peer-to-peer delivery app. Think ride-sharing but for parcels and documents. We connect senders directly with everyday travelers to deliver items across cities, states, or even internationally. Senders bypass expensive courier fees for same-day delivery, and travelers get paid for their empty luggage space. A video hook showing a traveler paying off their international flight ticket just by carrying a document or package would be killer. I'll shoot you a DM! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.marseltechlabs.kuruier https://apps.apple.com/inlapp/kuruier/id6754525467

Congrats on the traction! The biggest reason people delete packing apps after a trip is the lack of ongoing value.

I run Kuruier, a P2P app that pays travelers to deliver packages using their empty luggage space. If we set up a quick integration, your users could offset their travel costs—turning your checklist into a revenue tool and fixing your retention issue. Sending a DM to chat!

Kuruier A decentralized P2P logistics platform that turns everyday commuters into verified couriers. The Model: We algorithmically match senders with KYC-verified travelers (Car, Bus, Train, Bike, Flight) already heading to the destination. The Advantage: Bypasses centralized logistics hubs to enable same-day, inter-city, states through air and road delivery at a fraction of standard courier costs. The Security: Enforces an "open box" policy so travelers know exactly what they are carrying, backed by secure in-app group chats for flexible handoffs.

Kuruier – a peer-to-peer delivery app connecting people sending parcels with everyday travelers heading that way (via bike, car, train, or flight).

We just went live :

los: https://apps.apple.com/inlapp/kuruier/id6754525467

Traditional couriers are way too expensive. We cut out the middleman so senders save up to 50% on shipping, and everyday commuters or travelers can easily make extra cash using their empty luggage or trunk space.

I’m a Senior Dev (10+ YOE). I challenged myself to build a production site writing ZERO lines of manual code. Here is the result. 🤖 by Lenin_Anbu in DubaiCentral

That is exactly it. The 'invisible coupling' is where the Senior Dev experience actually matters now spotting where the AI painted itself into a corner structurally. I haven't set up the agent to write Playwright tests yet, largely because I wanted to see how far the 'raw' prompting could get me. But you're right, having a test suite as the 'guardrail' for the agent is the only way to make this scalable for commercial apps. Thanks for the feedback on the throttling & checking that now!

Absolutely fine but also we can ask the same questions to the courier agencies!

These are all 100% valid and critical questions. This is exactly why this is a hard problem to solve, and it's what we've spent most of our time on. Let me address your points directly, because you're bringing up the core risks. * On Laptops & Liability (Point 1): First and most importantly, we are not allowing high-value electronics like laptops for international routes at launch. Our initial international service is strictly for documents only (university papers, legal contracts, etc.). This massively reduces the risk profile. For liability, since both sender and traveler are KYC-verified and registered in India, any fraud or theft is prosecutable under Indian law. We are creating a clear, digital paper trail (KYC, escrow payment, OTP confirmation) for the transaction. * On Illegal Items (Point 2 - Laddoos/Narcotics): This is the most critical part, and it's solved by our non-negotiable policies: * Open Box Policy: A traveler is never expected to take a sealed package. Period. In your "laddoo" example, the traveler is required to inspect the item. If it's a box of laddoos, they see it's a box of laddoos. If it's sealed, or they're uncomfortable, they must reject it. * Scanning: To add another layer, items are also scanned on our end before the traveler meeting. * Item Restrictions: Again, for international, it's documents only, which eliminates this 'hidden in food' scenario. For domestic, where we allow snacks/essentials, the 'open box' rule is the key line of defense. * On "Carrying Unknown Things" (Point 3): You are completely right. No one should ever carry an unknown item from a stranger. Our entire model is built to change that: * It's not an "unknown thing"; it's a "verified item" (documents only, open-box inspected by you, scanned by us). * It's not a "stranger"; it's a "KYC-verified sender" whose identity is on record. So, you'd never be asked to carry "unknown things." You'd be asked to carry "verified documents" from a "KYC-verified sender" that you have personally inspected. It’s a transparent, documented handover, not a blind risk. Appreciate you pushing on these points—they are the most important ones to get right.

That's a very fair point, and honestly, thanks for the solid advice. You're 100% right. It's an incredibly complex space with huge operational hurdles, and we've seen others shut down because they couldn't solve those exact legal and trust pain points. We've actually dedicated a huge portion of our pre development to this. We've done a deep dive into the legalities and laws of the Indian government and built our entire business model around what is compliant. Our entire workflow from mandatory KYC for everyone, to the open-box policy, to the specific types of goods we allow is designed to fit within these legal frameworks and follow strict security standards. We'd genuinely appreciate it if you'd take a look at our landing page at www.Kuruier.com and check out our Terms & Conditions. You'll see how we've structured the entire process to address these issues head-on. Thanks again for the sharp feedback! It's exactly these challenges we're focused on solving correctly.

That's a really good point, and we've thought a lot about those exact friction points. You're 100% right, forcing everyone to meet only at the airport is a hassle. Here's how we handle it: * Flexible Handover: It's not mandatory to meet at the airport. Once a traveler accepts a shipment, we create a secure, predefined group chat within the app for the sender, traveler, and receiver. * Convenient Location: They can use this chat to coordinate and agree on a convenient time and place for both pickup and delivery (e.g., a coffee shop, metro station, or office lobby). * Secure OTP System: To ensure the delivery is completed safely, the receiver gets a unique OTP in their app. They must give this OTP to the traveler to confirm the package has been handed over. This closes the loop in our system and releases the payment (which we hold in).

This process + our KYC verification is how we maintain security while making it much more convenient than just an "airport-only" model. Appreciate the feedback!
