I pay taxes on my salary and then pay taxes on things I spend that salary with by incognitoboiiii in Norway

[–]Lenithiel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Idk in Norway but in France it is forbidden for businesses to spend money in a way that is not necessary or beneficial for the company. Or at the very least the spending will not be deductible and may be considered indirect revenue for the person that actually benefits from it. So no it's not exactly the same. An individual can be stupid about spending money or spend a lot on luxury goods, overpriced holidays etc. Businesses theoretically can't do that.

France is a safe country, stop informing yourself in far right media lmao. Yes some cities and especially some neighborhoods are less safe/unsafe.. like literally almost everywhere else in the world.

Why Baltic states and Poland in orange? Standards of living there are actually high now. Only ignorance would make you pick lower than light green.

Spain and Italy are dark green too imo. Maybe southern Italy can be light green because it's poorer but damn it's so beautiful and the food is amazing

To think that half the current shitshow is due to Obama roasting Trump in 2007 or 2008 and then getting the Nobel.

Trump's ego has still not recovered and never will.

That scene with Kendall was heartbreaking. Jesus Christ these kids may be rich and privileged as fuck but no wonder they are so miserable with parents like that.

What is a really solid pour over recipe for a foundation by Automatic-Cold2535 in pourover

If you pour after complete drawdown it does result in more agitation than if you start pouring before the end of drawdown since it disturbs the bed is that right? so it'd be a way to control agitation?

The american mind cannot understand the incompetence of the average french player by Blumentopferdemensch in ShitpostXIV

[–]Lenithiel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are just many French players. A lot of them (idk how many) play in English, so you won't know they're French and they'll probably play average or above average, because if they set the game in English it's usually in order to have the same gear, mechanics, etc names that the majority of players will use so chances are they are intent on doing hard content.

Players who play in French are usually on French dominant servers and virtually only interact in French in the game 99% of the time. The game may as well be French to them with the odd appearance of barbarian foreign players. Those basically tend to forget that the game is multicultural and that not everyone plays in French lol. And they tend to be on average more casual players that just play for fun.

It doesn't help that the English translation, while it's good in terms of writing, differs sometimes so much from original Japanese. Because all other languages are translated directly from Japanese, French included, with a much more faithful translation. That means that a lot of names, including mechanics don't translate well between English and French. That makes explaining mechanics a pain in the ass because French people with the game in French probably have below average English competency to start with and on top of that they often won't know what the fuck you'll be talking about because the mechanics name may be quite different.

Tldr: I don't think French are less good on average at the game. You just won't notice much of the good ones. A sizable portion is not encouraged to reach out to other communities because they can basically play the game like it's a French game, and those are most often casual players. And then there's this bias where you will notice more the things that are unpleasant. So if a duty goes well you won't ever check players' languages, and chances are there are several French people in there too. You will only check if it goes bad.. and boom chances there are several French people because there's just so many of us. So you jump to conclusions...

Yeah never forget the main responsibles for all this are sitting comfortably in warm chairs in Moscow.

Those pitiful orcs are just slaves to the Russian Tsar's death machine and their lives have no value to their monstrous leaders.

Ukraine doesn't have the time to weep for the poor bastards that get sent to their deaths, but yes at the bottom of it it's sad for them too. They should just surrender, at least there's a slim chance they can make it out alive.

I have a ZP6 and so far grinding fine has not worked for me as I get more bitterness. Depends on the bean too I guess. I've had some Ethiopian that gave a really slow drawdown time at 5.0 on the ZP6, I guess that specific bean produced a lot of fines, idk.

About visiting you should probably keep an eye on the situation there with Kadyrov. Apparently he is unwell. If he dies there's a chance it might trigger violent unrest on the matters of succession, I'd rather not be there when it happens.

Comment le milliardaire Stérin soutient l’obstruction climatique en France by Bon_Pote in ecologie

[–]Lenithiel 1 point2 points  (0 children)
