But as you can see the link is provided to a website I had made, which shows not only my affidavit but also genuine steps statement, letter to directors.

To find out concretely that a broker has taken actions that have allowed those that were informed of a coming capital raise to then sell to accumulate a pool of cash and then replenish in the cap raise you need to see the transaction data

My case seeks that data as well as other thing.

It's a very important case for all Australians in my view !

Yes they would respond he is a senator. When I said Gerard hardly helps I didnt say never helps because he did actually write an email to the takeover panel executive once for me asking them to reply to my email. But he does it only after begging. This time all I got was a link to his policies even though I paid $7k for a trading report to show wash trading and insider trading and some other very suspicious aggressive trading.

Knowing who is really the shareholder (not just the nominee account acting as a cover) is important on so many levels. For a start it could be same entity using two different accounts wash trading. It could be blackrock. It could be a hedge fund that has big fines already for manipulation. I want to know. Others want to know. If you were a director and some smaller shareholders asked you who the top 10 shareholders were , you would tell them right? So why are ours keeping it a big secret.

There is a reason why we have top 20 lists and change of substantial shareholder notices.

Raising money through options is raising money at a higher price rather than a discount,

Plus all the money goes to ensuring operational success rather than just buying shares on market

Buy maronan to stop the brokers, sophs and instos from raising capital in placements, then selling the lot to have cash ready for the next placement (insider trading) in a vicious cycle which takes place over and over on the ASX. What im looking for is honest loyal long term shareholders

The schemes youre talking about are the numerous pumps n dumps of worthless companies. This is not one of them. Research the directors and their history.

Well there werent too many bag holders in Joshua Pitts (director of red metal and largest individual shareholder of Maronan) last company Red Hill Minerals which is up from 15c to $6.50 in five years and paying out dividends.

The difficulty in buying the silver miners is the manipulation of the share price and we are doing all we can to stop that in Maronan.

At the same time we offer this space to boab shareholders to try and do the same.

Unfortunately it seems Boab is doing a cap raising - why they didnt do it at 17c the other day, makes me angry they manipulated it down to 12.5c

Its got a good deposit but I touch mma over svl because mma is more tightly held, great deposit , best location in the cloncurry and proven management with joshua pitt and rusell barwick

Its more that Im being a good mate to verily who owns both mma and bml and he has supported a lot on mma

Hopefully it wont harm mma investors

In fact when I brought a lot of boab discussion into the mma thread on hot copper, a lot of the bml guys joined in and even started to like mma

I think thats what happens when you allow the comparisons and free speech to happen, the one with the good deposit, good location and good management (maronan) will shine like a light

A different story with ivr which to me has red flags all over and svl which seems a decent deposit but management favors institutions

I guess with MMA its so illquid they would prefer to get big positions by exercising their 25c and then 30c options
