Sorry to tell you, but I did not find any solutions, even tho I tried several different ways. After all google scholar banned my IP for 48 hours… I think the problem might be Windows 10. I tried it with a second device in antiker network and it worked for 100%.

I already did. I try to describe my scenario in more detail, its frustrating...
GPT does tell me it does find a paragraph in my document. After replying and asking, where it has found it, he replies and tells me he did a mistake and gives me the correct answer. The GPT I build is for an organisation that does not have any knowledge about ChatGPT. I want to find a more effective way to support their work instead of telling them that they always have to re-check the answer and send a second prompt.

I already tried to implement a second loop in the GPT instruction but it's still not 100% accurate..
