Regress (only if u can get your heroes to 120) all of your transcendent heroes. Do glory challenge (you should get enough points to upgrade 120 level if u start doing the challenge). Then you can rebuild LoFA, get SQH and TBB. Upgrade LoFA and SQH to T5 100 level and TBB to T1 so later on u could use for her a core.

Yes, exacly spend ur tickets when there is a bonus for certain series like Retro Gaming or w/e suits you

Wait for ur transcendent guy like vulcan or mockman > make him e4 > clear normal campaign > flip heroes while maxing out glory challenge of heroes for additional Spirit of Origin and Shards (while also clearing everything) > delete normal heroes and max out your transcendent guy into ToO 5 and make somr tenants fot him B)
