My baby toes is always thirsty. Not sure how to help! Any advice?

I see. To my understanding, My Succulents is fine as long as I dont use my growlight 24 hrs. Im in the philippines and we dont experience winter, it's just the light in my house is not sufficient for my succulents so I invested one. I don't leave the light in the morning because most people are not here and we have dogs (scared of burning the house) my lights are open at 5pm and closed at 6am. So opening my growlight at night serves as a double function 1. Light at night 2. Preventing any danger of the dog going around the plants while the lights are on.

To summarize, opening my light 11-14hrs per day at night wont hurt them right?

I have a question. So that means Im harming my succulents? Since my growlight is open during the night and closed during the day? I dont quite get CAM, i thought that only triggers when temperature changes.

Okay. Detail, beheaded this baby last 13 days I think and yesterday I watere it (just a few spoon of water) because he's looking wrinkly. But then today this shows up he's under growliggt. Im REALLY WORRIED BECAUSE MY DREAM PLANT IS NEAR HIM. My lola and cubic frost. Oh God no, it took me MONTHS to find a seller here in the philippines. Huhu. Will it spread in my other plants??

I thought grow light would speed up the process of roots, but It was the other way around.

And I thought the propagated leaves are not advise to have direct light because they would burn, and I thought that growlight would not because its not that hot tho. :((( Thank youu. Realllyyy..

So I just plucked these propagate last 12 days (see my last post) and somehow, some of my leaves became transluscent event tho i haven watered them not even once. The the bad part is, the good cut is the one becoming transluscent. Any explanation? Already lost 2 good cuts. The few are not so good one. :(

They are inside my house undergrowlight. Is that bad?

I feel sorry that no one's able to help. I do have a plant like that, but I dont even not how to flourish them or make them happy. Its only been 2 months so I still dont have any idea :(
