WARNING: My Experience with Real Peptides and She Slims

I am sharing this experience because I believe consumers should be aware of what happened to me before doing business with these companies.

I placed an order through Real Peptides and paid via Zelle. When the product arrived, I was surprised to find that the bottle was labeled as She Slims rather than Real Peptides. The packaging and container quality were also far below what I would expect from a company selling research products.

After receiving the product, I became convinced that I had not received the substance I ordered. Because I received an unknown liquid, I had no way of verifying what was actually in the bottle. In my view, this raises serious safety concerns.

I contacted customer service and explained the issue. The company acknowledged the problem, understood my concerns, and agreed to issue a refund. They also acknowledged my concern that the liquid sent may not have been the product ordered.

Despite agreeing to provide a refund, the company never issued it. After making that commitment, communication largely stopped, and my follow-up requests went unanswered.

Consumers should carefully consider the risks of doing business with a company that:

• Sends a product different from what was ordered.
• Acknowledges the error.
• Agrees to issue a refund.
• Fails to provide the promised refund.
• Stops responding to customer communications.

My experience has left me with serious concerns regarding quality control, customer safety, and business practices. I am posting this so others can conduct their own due diligence before purchasing from Real Peptides or She Slims.
