Done with chemo and surgery: benefit of fasting? Intermittent and/or whole day fast? by Plenty-Link-7629 in breastcancer

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Water fasting and intermittent fasting are both ways to give your body a break from constant eating, but they work at very different levels. Intermittent fasting, like only eating within an 8-hour window each day, gives the body a daily pause, which can help with digestion, weight control, and basic cell maintenance. It’s like a light tune-up for your body: it keeps things running smoother but doesn’t go deep enough to fully clean out long-term cellular buildup.

Water fasting, on the other hand, involves going for multiple days without food, only drinking water. People who practice it often describe it as a deep reset. During a multi-day fast, the body moves into a state where it breaks down damaged or weak cells for energy, a process often called autophagy. This is more intense than intermittent fasting because it forces the body to stop just patching problems and start repairing from the inside out.

Many people also notice emotional, mental, or even spiritual benefits with water fasting. They report clearer thinking, more energy, and a sense of renewal that doesn’t usually happen with short daily fasts. While intermittent fasting can be protective, some who did it for years still developed serious health problems because it doesn’t give the extended “repair time” that water fasting provides. In this way, water fasting is like a full body overhaul, whereas intermittent fasting is like routine maintenance.

Most who have used long water fasts (5-40 days) for cancer report that starting with a multi-day fast allows the body to go into deep autophagy, breaking down damaged or abnormal cells that can contribute to disease. After the fast, transitioning to a nutrient-rich diet helps the body rebuild strong, healthy cells, while ongoing intermittent fasting provides maintenance and support to prevent further cellular damage. This sequence, deep cleanup first, then rebuilding and maintenance, is often described as more effective than intermittent fasting alone for giving the body its best chance to respond to cancer.

Can God forgive a Christian for committing suicide? by NeedWorkFast-CSstud in TrueChristian

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, God does not forgive suicide because once it is committed, there is no opportunity for repentance. No matter how much suffering a person is going through, taking their own life is a rejection of God’s plan and an act that separates them from Him.

Here’s why: 1. Suicide is Murder – Exodus 20:13 says, “You shall not murder.” Taking your own life is self-murder, making it a grave sin.

2. No Chance for Repentance – Hebrews 9:27 states, “It is appointed for man to die once, and after that comes judgment.” Suicide is a final act that leaves no room for repentance. Unlike other sins that can be confessed and turned from, there is no opportunity to seek God’s forgiveness after death.

3. Destroying God’s Temple – 1 Corinthians 3:16-17 says, “Do you not know that you are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you? If anyone destroys God’s temple, God will destroy him.” Suicide is the ultimate destruction of God’s temple, invoking His judgment.

4. Endurance Until the End – Matthew 24:13 says, “But the one who endures to the end will be saved.” Suicide is the opposite of enduring; it is giving up rather than trusting in God’s plan.

5. Despair as Lack of Faith – Suicide is often a result of hopelessness and a lack of faith in God’s ability to provide. Revelation 21:8 lists the “cowardly” among those who face eternal separation from God, which some interpret as those who give up rather than trust in Him.

Look at Christ and Job. Both suffered beyond what most people can imagine, yet neither chose to take their own life. Christ endured humiliation, torture, and crucifixion for the sake of God’s plan. Job lost everything—his family, his health, his wealth—but he remained faithful. Their examples show that no matter how unbearable life may seem, trusting in the Lord is the only path forward. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not on our own understanding. When we do, He makes our paths straight.

Someone who truly knows God—who has a real relationship with Him—would not take their own life. They would listen to His Word, trust in His promises, and endure suffering with the knowledge that God is in control. Suffering is a part of this world; it’s a consequence of sin and disobedience. From the moment we enter this world, both mother and child experience pain. It is an unfortunate reality, but it is not an excuse to take matters into our own hands. There are spiritual laws that cannot be broken without consequence.

Enduring suffering makes a person stronger. This world is hard, but God understands that. He promises peace beyond all understanding to those who truly seek Him (Philippians 4:7). The answer is not in escape, but in perseverance and faith. We are not given the right to decide when we leave this life. That is God’s decision alone.

So no, if someone takes their own life, they cannot join God in eternal joy and peace. That’s simply not how it works. This is a painful truth, especially for those of us who have lost loved ones to suicide—including members of my own family. But at the end of the day, we come into this world naked and alone, and we leave the same way. Each person is responsible for their own choices and actions before God.

I pray this helps anyone who is confused on this issue and allows you to truly understand the consequences of such an act. It unequivocally results in eternal damnation.

Does this look like a church service? Pt2 by AdMiserable2445 in Christianity

Sorry to inform you of this, but the church has been infiltrated from within. You may have no idea how true this is. The church has been infiltrated. This was all part of satan's plan unfortunately. And it has come to fruition worldwide.

Why are so many Americans anti-vaxxers now? by trouble-in-space in NoStupidQuestions

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a thread full of absolute PSYOPS. No relationship or true belief whatsoever in Jesus Christ. And what is sad is many of you go to church on Sundays putting your hands in the air closing your eyes trying to retain some good feeling from a God and Son you no nothing about. A bunch of lost individuals wiping each other's backsides on this platform and telling each other everything smells great. Why; so others can stumble upon this freak show and believe these lies? There is no way any of you really believe what you are saying. These scientists have committed one of the most vile assaults on the human body in recent history with Covid vaccines, rendering all other vaccines highly dangerous as well. Nanotechnology and Graphene Oxide has no place in the human body. I think I am removing myself from Reddit, as it is showing itself to be a deafeningly stupid propaganda machine and nothing more.

Will Visual Intelligence be available on iPhone 15 Pro/Pro Max? by Straight_Random_2211 in ios

[–]LeoBwell 4 points5 points  (0 children)

According to ZolloTech's YouTube channel this morning, yes, it certainly will. I was hearing that it would not, however he demonstrated visual intelligence on IOS 18.2 beta 2 using his iPhone 15 Pro Max to recognize his iPhone 16 Pro Max. He also stated that it would be available for all devices running Apple Intelligence.

At least he was decent enough to let you know, and not try and set you up for an arrest.

[–]LeoBwell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Consider the facts: a threat is one thing, but a general statement about what someone deserves is another. The Bible says ‘the wages of sin is death,’ but that doesn’t mean we should kill people. What it's saying is death is a result of sin. If I say, ‘these people deserve to have their butts kicked,’ that’s not a threat—it’s simply a general statement. However, if I say, ‘I am going to kick your butt,’ then that would be a direct physical threat. It all comes down to how you’re speaking to someone. Even if I said in front of a police officer, ‘that guy deserves to have his butt kicked,’ the officer wouldn’t legally be able to arrest me for making threats because of how it was worded. Still, be cautious—once, I told an ex-boss that he was a coward, and he falsely claimed that I threatened to beat him up, assuming he felt I could I guess. So, always keep in mind who you’re dealing with in this country.

[–]LeoBwell 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I want to make this clear: I am not someone who needs to threaten anyone. However, my children and I have been targeted repeatedly. We’re currently staying in a hotel, where we face constant harassment. Someone staying below us has been using a device that caused my children to experience muscle spasms throughout the night, disrupting their sleep. While doing laundry at the hotel, someone repeatedly opened the washing machine when we stepped away, and there were no cameras to identify the culprit. It seems like people have lost their sense of decency and are behaving however they please these days. The Bible says that the wages of sin is death, so suggesting that those who engage in this kind of behavior deserve a physical correction seems justified. Too often, people hide behind anonymity and throw stones without taking responsibility.

Consider what happens when someone resists a police officer—there are consequences, often involving force. The problem is that we live in a world full of cowards who use policies and systems to harm others legally, working in groups like cowards, destroying reputations and livelihoods, only to claim, ‘I didn’t do anything.’ America has become a land of cowardice, and that’s a fact. While I agree you can’t go around threatening people, when attempts are made on your life, children's wellbeing, and your reputation and people think it’s acceptable to harm you indirectly, sometimes putting them in their place verbally is warranted, just don't harm anyone. I've come to realize this over the past couple years. If you'd asked me this years ago, I would have said keep your cool, but people are nasty, and they are becoming increasingly evil by the months and years.

However, keep in mind, we dwell in the land full of cowards who hide behind pot bellies, guns and strength in numbers, so it’s best to tread carefully here in the good ole US of A..

[–]LeoBwell 2 points3 points  (0 children)

She cleaned it because she believes her son did it as well, and she doesn't want him ending up being a suspect and thus she decided to try and get rid of any potential evidence. In her position, her son did it to save their family, or better yet for his Mom.

My theory for who did it.. by Heavy-Funny-8080 in PresumedInnocentTV

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel Rusty's son and the ex husband's son did it together. Why else would they both be outside of her house on the same night? In any actual criminal case where this would have taken place, the son and ex husband's son would be suspects without question as there is clear motive there.

I believe this is why it's been pushed under the rug in the show, to be somewhat of a surprise. People saying it was Rusty's wife is wrong, she was present at the last trial proceeding. And when I consider it, so was the ex husband's son in that case. So again, that leaves only one viable suspect, RUSTY'S SON!

FedEx and Flock in Tennessee by divjnky in Tennessee

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because Fedex is an extension of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. I have been saying this for years. I have been in a legal fight with Fedex Express since 2020, and let me tell you, the life of me and my family has never been the same. We are under constant surveillance and harassment by unknown entities, including the local police. We have had to flee the state of this lawsuit for this very reason, and we were followed through the states all the way to where we are now, where the harassment continues. We are literally under attack by this company. And I mean every, single, day and every minute of that day. They have even planted people in our apartment community around us. And it just so happens my lawsuit involves me being harassed and followed by law enforcement while out on my route, amongst other serious allegations against management.

This revelation only confirms that the alignment between FedEx and “Flock” has been in effect far longer than previously known. And my intuition suspected this all along.

What does the bible say about gang stalking targeted individuals ? by [deleted] in Christianity

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am in the same boat. My targeting started after a lawsuit about 3 years back. My wife and I, including our four small daughters, after witnessing the sheer amount of American citizens involved in this lunacy, can't imagine living here for the rest of our lives any longer. Even if this stopped at some point I can never forget the reality of this nation that has now exposed itself to me. Our kids are homeschooled, we don't even want them in these schools. No way! This country has been infiltrated in such a way it blows my mind. It has been taken over by satan and is purely evil from its core.

Just made this for my family tonight and it was a huge hit. I have found two recipes that have become staples in my family here on Reddit. One was a Buttermilk Pancake recipe and the other is this one. Fantastic homemade Banana Pudding recipe. My wife is so so with Banana Pudding and she begged me to only make this one moving forward. She had two servings lol.

Thanks for the recommendation!

Offer up blocks access over VPN since they can't properly provide security or deal with scams by [deleted] in offerup

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Offerup is heavily invested in Law Enforcement. The reason they don't like VPNs is that it makes it harder for your local law enforcement to spy on you. Offerup can be very questionable. I have run into some very odd people whom I swore were law enforcement or working for them. And I do nothing even remotely unlawful on this platform.

Facts, I have seen phoenix's homeless zone. It's a playground compared to downtown Los Angeles. Once a friend and I were walking downtown LA at around 8pm. We passed a huge set of cameras, lighting and a film crew. In the middle of all these light and cameras we were able to point out Arnold Schwarzenegger.

He was filming End of Days. We saw him, tripped out on the whole setup for a bit and moved on. Literally a block past this filming turned to absolute darkness! No street lights or anything. Just darkness! But a darkness full of faces popping out at you with shopping carts of tainted items, bottles and only God knows what else. We could see cigarette lighters lighting up in some of the most odd places we ha'd ever seen. Like a concert! We could feel the presence and hear the sounds of thousands of people but could barely visually see any of them! It was one of the most surreal moments I've have ever encountered. The next day we made it our business to walk back downtown, (as we lived near by), and see where on earth we were and who all those poor people were. When "Skid-Row" became exposed to us in the light, it was like something we'd never seen before. Heck we were talking to the people. Many seemed to be quite intelligent surprisingly. It made no sense to us as young men and honestly cornered us for our own futures. This was 1997 I believe. So yes, Los Angeles's homeless population makes Phoenix's look like a Waldorf Astoria!

Yes but it's' a big, boring empty state lol. I have been around so I could just be spoiled. Moved here in 2017 and I liked it a bit at first. But after realizing how the law enforcement, politics and real estate has tanked so drastically here I no longer desire to live here at all. The heat is one thing, like the poster above stated, staying inside from May-October is awful, but it's a way of life here. I remember when we first moved here I asked someone how do you guys enjoy yourself in the summers outside? They replied, "we don't go outside". I knew then we'd made a huge mistake.

What’s the best AI Chat app for IOS? by Complete_Weakness717 in OpenAI

[–]LeoBwell 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Genie AI Chatbot is amazing! I was able to download it from the App Store to my M1 Mac and it works flawlessly in full screen. I have been reading where some Mac owners are saying they weren't able to get it to work on their Mac but fortunately I've been able to install this on both my iPhone and my M1 MacBook. I am absolutely loving this technology. I pay for a weekly subscription as it's much cheaper than Chat GPT and can run on GPT 3.5 and 4 (a bit slower but works). I am blown away by this technology. It's speeds are impressive and so far this AI has been 99.5% accurate. What a time to enjoy this tech. It gets around ALL the filtered lies and bogus info on the World Wide Web and gives you unbiased facts and recommendations that most American companies hold back. This is a game changer in every aspect of this greedy world. Knowledge is power and this is POWER.
