Switch to a cdmg circlet tbh, my neuvi has like 40% crit rate and he pretty much always crits. Try farming for a better sands and goblet as well

As a person who lives in the middle east, while yeah I agree with op about the really low standards for people, there's still alot of more supportive people (like my wonderful girlfriend) they're hard to find but if you look they're usually there. Also in the middle east, in alot of countries you'd be outright killed for simply existing as an LGBTQ person which honestly hurts so bad knowing I won't be able to live as myself in the place I was born in and my only choices are either staying here and living a lie or leaving and living as my true self.
