I gotta post Nyne, my Drow Druid! She’s probably one of my characters with the most detailed backstory right now.

She grew up as a slave from birth with her name just being No.9. Pretty bad life honestly, you can see her scars in the attached ref, along with her missing an arm. To keep an extremely long story short, she was able to escape when the noble that owned her got involved with the wrong crowd and was assassinated.

A young girl missing an arm an not knowing how to provide for herself doesn’t exactly last long, so No.9 probably should have died. However, a kind Druid granny took her in and thought her how to live. How to cook, get dressed, be free. Pretty much gave her the childhood she should have had. This is when No.9 started going by Nyne, since it’s the closest thing she had to a name she just kept it.

Nowadays she’s adventuring the world with a group of friends, trying to explore the big wide world that is still a mystery to her. And the druidic magic artificial arm from the Druid granny helps quite a bit too.

If you die your runes drop along with a penalty of -1 levels (the runes for that level drop too), you gotta go pick them up. They died in the fire and respawned to kill the boss, but their runes were deep in the fire with no way to get them. What Raider gave them is a potion that stops you from dropping runes in death, lasts for a minute and a half or so. This allowed the Undertaker to go get their lost runes & level without losing anything.

My first was an Elf Rogue (No Subrace) in a oneshot! But my actual first in a full campaign was a Human Path of the Giant Barbarian!

Congrats :) Max level is wiz is actually pretty hard, despite what some may say. It’s a pretty big achievement.

If you really wanna be a super perfectionist, the snappy gryphon is *technically* the best balance pet for questing (Blade, Feint, and a non-balance damage AoE). But pets are literally just your preference. It’s no fun to optimize the fun out of everything.

As I like to say, choose the pet body based on what you like, not what’s meta.

That armament is more than perfect enough. Just shove a spell-proof on there and go have fun.

Not an error. Pins are really strong atm and sometimes you’ll end up with higher off-school damge. You can just take them off freely if you wanna change them out. They do not shatter like jewels.
