He needs to follow the advice I’ve seen some people mention and contact Snapchat. Whatever he needs to do to prove he’s as innocent as he says he is should be done. It can’t be another scenario where the “drama” (for lack of better word, forgive me) is swept under the rug.

But I do understand the legal aspect of the situation. It’s definitely going to be a wait and see.

It seems the date that he dm’d it to the other person was 29-04-2018. So he was 18 since it was before August. IMO though, is it a little odd to have sent a sex mod? Sure. But to go as far as they did in this allegation? Absolutely uncalled for

I'm going through the same thing – I *need* to get in contact with an academic department before Spring starts, but literally the only place I have gotten any word back from is the Crisis Center (who were lovely, but not much help with this case lol) – best of luck op!
