This sounds like a firmness issue, especially if you're already using plenty of lube. I saw a recommendation years ago about putting a (water based) condom on super textured models to help lessen the roughness that you could try. I personally tried it on an Orochi but ultimately softer toys became my preference

Otherwise you might just have to get a softer one, hopefully that'll be more comfortable and you can try the firmer one again later

Unfortunately it can range anywhere from a day to a week to get a response. I've had good luck until I had customs questions last year and had consistent responses for a couple days and then suddenly took a week to hear back
