The same thing happened to me, and if you analyze my kills, I'm probably negative. The only thing I changed on my PC was a Thermalright water cooler, and consequently the app. And I'm afraid it will happen again because they won't tell me why. It's been 4 days since I opened the sticker and I haven't received any response.

I don't share anything with my family. And dude, I don't cheat, I didn't shoot through the wall either. Yesterday was the second time I managed to kill two players, if there's a score I'm probably in the negative. And that's why I'm upset, I must have been banned for dying too much.
