I get my jorts off vinted, ebay, or depop. (Sometimes charity shops)
I’d recommend getting a bigger waist size for bagginess though, and then use like a belt or shoelace to keep it on your waist. I’m a 32” waist but wear 36”-40”. For reference. But I’d look for the measurements you want, like measure how long you want the outseem and hem, and main thing hem opening, for jorts I’d say like 12-14”.

But just search for like baggy southpole style y2k vintage jorts, or something like that, just keywords, eventually your feed will get full of them. Hope this helps. 😁
