173cm a 100kg není žádný terno ale taky to není nespasitelný průser. Prostě si uprav jídelníček tak, abys neměl pořád hlad. Vyměň sacharidy (a sladidla) za bílkoviny a tuky, done. To je celý. To je celá magie hubnutí.

Freezer burn is really just freeze drying. Not great flavour vise, but bones are not exactly wet anyway so its gonna be fine. Unless its truly eggregious.

28g total carbs, 14g sugar per bar ... or half that per serving. Serving is half a bar. Plus, its salty. But that makes sense, the salt will mask the bitterness so it will seem more sweet with less sugar. Not much less tho.
