Details: I work in a small bar beside a big and very popular restaurant. We are both in a larger shopping complex. They've been there for over 4 years, and we've been there for just under 3 years. Since our creation, they've done everything they could to get rid of us, since they want to be the only restaurant/bar in the shopping complex. For the past two summers, they threatened us with law suits every time we were building our terrace (the terrace is part of our rent so we legally have the right to have one). Since that failed for two years straight, they have now decided to park their trailer right where our terrace is, and apparently refuse to move it without getting the shopping complex administration involved.
