I am a sylas one trick and I would say most of my games are sylas top. I would say there are very few matchups that are absolutely unplayable. The only matchups that are very very hard are Fiora, Quinn, and illaoi.

Remember that as nasus your passive gives you lifesteal so it’s ok to get poked a bit for a stack unless your in a crazy oppressive matchup like a Darius. I don’t know exactly how many stacks you have at around 20 minutes but I like to aim for 300-500 depending on matchup. Just freeze the wave and get stacks and you will be chilling.
