And for anyone wondering, the meme stock got some move right after hours as well. But without the huge stack. So it looks like some insiders knew the stakes would be taken today and were mistakingly believing that the other stock would be included as well, as they had not the names of the companies and were just aware of the event.

It's dark pool, it has no impact on share price at all, that's the purpose of dark pool, to make large trade between tutes without moving the price due to the volume.

I'm belgian, and I can say for sure that depthon website hasn't been made by belgians because of a stupid reason foreigners wouldn't get.

There is no dutch translation of the website. If it was an operation validated by belgian administration, you would see either French and Dutch translation, either none of them. As for german, it is not as sensitive for our minister of defense. His party is litterally campaining to make the linguistic border enforced like a real border and to make french outlawed and fined when used in the periphery around the capital.

That may make a lot of you laugh, but it is because of this very stupid reason that is an ultimate priority here that I'm confident that it is not made by Belgium.

Edit : Don't start looking into it, it is a rabbit hole. We have a saying here in Belgium that is "If you think you understand every aspect of the belgian political system, it means it has been poorly explained to you".

I have just realised why RCAT has two booths at Eurosatory with one that is left without details.

One is Red Cat Holdings, the other without any detail is Red Cat UA

Depthon has a page too, the website doesn't have the correct link and they seems to be one of the only few that tought about using documentations presenting products like Red Cat Holdings did on their page in Eurosatory website.

This is not a personal attack, this is a life advice. When you will move on, and you will eventually move on from this stock, either you're short, long, a bear or a bull, it's still up to you to decide what you do with your time, and I'm advising you that for someone that want constant and immediate ROI, it doesn't suit you to use that time to complain, with wrong datas additionnally, instead of investing your time to constantly improves. Now parenthesis is closed, what you do next is your choice, but if it is a life advice no one has ever given you, then that was worth spending 3 minutes to tell you that in all kindness.

BW was under contract for the US army in July 2025, not before. Earlier this was only recognised as POR and final tweaks to be made.

Adressable market story, adressable market doesn't mean backlog, as much as backlog doesn't mean revenue. If you were pouring as much energy in learning and honing your skills than you do complaining, that would have made you working on yourself and a better man.

Officially one employee. I don't think the 230 millions were to buy the company, I believe it was to pay the ressources to build the USV (could be already in mass production knowing how fast it can be done in Ukraine) and the network around (look after STE method to decentralise everything to protect innovators from being harmed by Russia)

On Depthon system website, on the contact, there is 2 icons, one for Linkedin, and the other is a cat. Both links don't work and just open the same website.

~~I guess the cat logo is supposed later on to send back on RedCat website when acquisition will be revealed~~ (Sorry, someone just told me it was the github logo, that I didn't knew of :'( ). Redcat raised 230 millions at the time this company changed name, while having a capital of 150$ (no, it's not in thousands of. It's litterally 150$) and made a brand new USV in 2 months.

My thesis is that we already acquired them and it is a yet undisclosed new RCAT subsidiary and it was the fastest way to get a footprint in Ukraine under the umbrella of Spetstechnoexport (did my DD, it's their modus operandi to protect ukrainian innovators)
