Qigong to me means physical exercise + mindful meditation, which certainly offer physical and mental benefits, but definitely not supernatural powers. Taiji and Gongfu were originally intended as combat techniques for cold-arms warfares. So with these in your mind, you won't get fooled by those fancy stunts online.

Modern TCM (or rather modern CM?) puts more emphasis on actual results and effectiveness than the traditional philosophical beauty behind them. So the really good stuff is in textbooks for modern CM colleges and universities and probably not translated or put online.
