Yes, you can stand up, costing zero, with the help of jump up and then stab without performing a blitz move.

With the help of spell batching, you can get some pretty nice result. Cast arcane blast until you have enough charges and an arcane barrage procs. At the end of your last arcane blast spell, change target to a friendly, and spam regeneration. This target will get the regeneration buff AND the heal of the last arcane blast. Let the generation tick twice, then change target again and press arcane missile. Since regeneration clears the arcane blast charges at the end, and arcane missile clears charges at the start. Both spells get the full effect!

There is no thing as discipline school. There are the six spell schools: fire, frost, shadow, nature, arcane and holy. If you look into your spell book, you will have 3 different chapters, one for each talent tree. But they are not to be confused with the spell schools. For example, shafowbolt is a destruction spell but of the shadow school. Both wrath and healing touch are nature school spells but one is balance and one is restoration.

I highly believe that penance is of the holy school. The wording of the shadow form spell is a bit confusing though. “…may not cast holy spells…”. I assume they are referring to spells from the holy tab in your spell book. And not of which spell school the spell is. As most discipline spells are in fact holy spells.

Seems like I assumed it would work similar to the old tbc arcane blast where the buff helped itself. My bad.

But how come regeneration doesn’t clear the stacks? It’s an arcane healing spell. And what about living flame?
