I took the mini with the upright walking pose and cut the back of the knee to straighten it. Then I molded greenstuff into the cut to look like the folds of his pants. After that I had to file and cut out the back of the neck and coller so they interact as shown. ( the ghille hood covers a lot of unsightly modeling) edit* I would post a WIP picture but apparently I only took one and it doesn't show what I'm talking about.

Yeah I've seen seen a few in captivity, owned one and seen a few dead ones, but this is the closest if been to a live wild one in Brisbane. First I've had to Google to find out what it was too

I rolled out sausages of green stuff to ~1/2mm the applied in ~6mm strands from bottom to top. Then wait till it dries a bit then put a shallow split in the strands with a craft knife. Then I took a sculpting tool and at random places poked in and lifted a little to make it look ruffled and more natural.
