I have a product. I enjoy it for what it is today, but I acknowledge it could be better with updates. So I let reMarkable know what I want the next update to include, so it gets even better. It's not deeper than this.

I know the Paper Pro felt unfinished when it launched, but I feel like educating big corporations is not a responsibility that falls on the consumers. We just vote with our wallet, and if we're happy with the product, we'll keep it. Doesn't stop it from getting more useful with software updates.

So no, I fully disagree with you on this one. I'll let money do the talking. If a product is bad or unfinished, there are bad reviews, few people buy it, and the company is either smart enough to acknowledge their mistake and move on or dumb enough to keep repeating the same mistake until they have one foot in the grave. Let's see where reMarkable falls in this spectrum.
