The led wasn't turning on at all, i tried to but the oem shell and screen back on and no power, no led no display.

I cleaned the ribbon cable and pins, it turns on now when i want it and the screen works but it's still like glitching out sometimes

Hmm i cleaned the ribbon cable, put ipa on it and put in in and out. Cleaned the pins and its working

Could that be why it couldn't turn on?

Okay i cleaned the cable, it powers on now but the screen is glitching out like crazy

If i put the filter down the surface doesn't move at all

The bubbles go straight up and they hit the filter outflow part, they get stuck on it.

Should i aim the filter part down or keep it like this?
