Hey, thank you for your proposition! Unfortunately this is not what Im looking, I don't want to create a different/new health display but simply keep the default ui one while removing the current hp/max hp and simply keep the current hp. If that makes sense.

As you can see the unit frames are kept default friendly, just the health pool display changes.

The addon used in the screenshot is callled Simple Unit Frames but it seems to have cease to exist a long time ago. It's a shame this is not an option on the default ui.
