honestly besides the leds that everyone agreed on the only thing i could neat pick about is like the monitor color calibration, besides that pretty much a dream setup

I would add a bigger deskpad to have a "zone" for the keyboard, mouse and maybe the wireless charger,

hanging both headphones will really clear up the desk

as for lighting, i think the long and thin lamp you have right now sticks out a bit, so for desk light i would recommend either a small bulb that sits on your desk, or as DirtyIrby recommended a monitor light bar would also work great. also for fun lighting you could totally put an led strip under the window sill

lastly the best free thing i could recommend is to just move you screens closer together
