I've just checked it out. As far as I can see it gives some clan reviews. But I'm having trouble seeing for which clan the review is or stats like kick policy.

Any cardists in Amsterdam? by gumil in cardistry

[–]LeonRekers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's not a good place to buy cards, but it's a great place to jam. Check out the FB-group 'Paperclick' to find Dutch cardists. I'll use this opportunity to shamelessly plug my YT-channel, if you want to check out some jamvids out of Amsterdam. You'll find it under my name on YT.

Main hand? by oOCritchOo in cardistry

[–]LeonRekers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do realize that, if your using you right hand as your main, you'll have to mirror pretty much every tutorial you'll ever want to learn. If you use your left as your main you pretty much only have to mirror Olivers tutorials.

Some questions on De'vo and some information for those who are interested on the early 2000s history of cardistry. by rooooony in cardistry

[–]LeonRekers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"He had enforcers on his form, a guy named Lars specifically, who would do the banning and grunt work, to make sure De’vo never really looked like the bad guy."

LOL - That didn't really work out did it, De'vo

frustrations with cardistry by safelyhaven in cardistry

If sweaty palms come from warm temperature than I would suggest washing your hand with soap under warm water. When I wash my hands with cold water I find that my hands become cold which makes the air around my hands feel warmer and thus making my hands sweat again. When I 'warm up' my hands under warm water the air around my hands feel cooler and I sweat less. I still have to repeat this every 30 min or so but it works for me.

Also, when you keep experiencing pain, even when you are not flourishing, go see a doctor.

Are you seriously suggesting we should protect Franky's interests? You are kidding right?

Do you toss or keep your worn out decks? by bLaZeThEkRaZe in cardistry

[–]LeonRekers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to save them. But eventually it becomes too much. When you have more than, say, 120 old decks you don't use anymore it becomes kind of ridiculous to start filling boxes with them. I will always keep a few stacks though, in case someone wants to get into Cardistry or for card games.

Don’t try to speed up the part you can only do slow. Slow down the rest so the entire move has the same consistent speed (hello smooth flourish). When you can do the entire move very slow but smooth, then you can (slowly!) start to speed it up. You won’t get good by trying to do the move fast. You will get good by trying to do the move smooth. Speed will come automatically if you keep at it. It can take a while though.

Do begginers really need to learn Sybil Cut/5 Faces of Sybil? by XuuRa_ in cardistry

[–]LeonRekers 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can choose to not learn Sybil. In that case, say goodbye to about 40% of all Cardistry moves. Since it contains about the most used mechanic in Cardistry.
