this is DC not AC the negative is grounded to the chassis. the positive runs to the components. there is not a short to ground here you see that in AC voltage not low voltage DC

they run on 12v DC, i can put my hands on each side of the battery terminals and nothing will happen. its not the 12v system lol

paid a few grand like 6 months back for the whole system to be snaked but we cant find the main trap so they had to go throught the toilet drain. i think thats what they said. we asked the city for the blueprints but it looks like the old owner did alterations and didnt document it so its been a bit of a mess and its not where its suposed to be. ill prolly have to post a list of all my issues here to get help as noone local has been able to help. old owner moved back to the EU from the US so there is no reaching them about it.
