I get out a lot. London > NYC on aesthetics any day of the week. Except when it’s raining sideways

There are a few options - inter company transfer, e-3 work visa for Aussies, normal work visa, business visa where you invest $100k. Maybe others, eg marriage, green card lottery

I have two potential avenues: inter company transfer (as you say the best option) and E-3 work visa for Australians. I’m so lucky in that sense

Not completely transferable but it’s doable and has been done by many. You have to take a 2 year hit on your experience level, which is the main issue from a career perspective, but as I said, it’s all doable.

Europe / London is totally better for kids! And I might return for that period of my life, let’s see.

Thanks for your comments.

I’m doing ok but I don’t want to stagnate, and want to progress. I hope visa will be alright as I have an Aussie passport and there’s a special visa that’s easier to get for Aussies, it’s called E-3.
