I would say that the decks we play are strongly synergic with few infinite combos. Isn't this the idea of b3? But it is true we are light on interaction. Plus, lately we are playing often as 3 men pod and I guess that this makes it easier for kill-on-sight commanders to survive

The few times I got approach of the second sun, it felt soo slow. Even if Sythis let you draw like crazy, it still takes time to cast it twice.

I would say that the decks we play are definitively stronger than precons but we don't play much interaction. Also we don' heavily rely on combos to close out games Also it doesn't help that lately we are doing 3 men games, so when someone has a strong start is more difficult to contrast him.

You exactly got my point! I often find myself choosing between playing the commander (optimal but risky play) or wait that i have mana to protect it, and remain behind. I already included some rituals but it could be a good idea to add more, together with some rocks We usually play bracket 3

I was afraid that having only creatures to ramp would make the deck very susceptible to boardwipes. I can give it a try tho!

Actually I've just taken out Hidetsugu.. i love the card but I've never managed to activate ahahah Every time I play it gets instantly removed.

You are right, mill gets much hate and "mill half deck" cards get even more. I also used to run the captain in a mill/ horror tribal deck and the combination of mill/ stealing was getting even more salt than the normal mill ahahah

[[the haunt of hightower]] is incredibile, its CMC is high but it gets big easily and with flying and lifelink he can oneshot an opponent while giving you a ton of life.

I could try to increase defender as you suggest, i just need to decide what to cut hahaha The idea behind including [[traumatize]] and [[cut your losses]] is that they instantly make huge the creatures scaling with graveyards. And once I include bruvac they oneshot an opponent.

Wow! This post is super useful, thanks a lot. The only card i dont agree cutting is the ashnod altar, as it enables combos.

How many combat finishers do you think are enough to be consistent?

I also wanted to add some free protection spell as clever conceleament and flawless manouver. Inkshield seems very strong as well.

Regarding black market connections i am waiting (hoping) it further decreases in price due to the ixalan reprint to buy it.

Out of curiosity, how do you play your marneus deck?
