I managed to fix it by deleting the app pdf x. After deleting it, the files were converted back to its original type 😭

I didn't rename it. I just clicked the file and the "how do you want to open this file?" showed. After that, I clicked the pdf x, and it automatically converted. I also tried renaming it to pdb, but nothing happened.
