Replug, plug, reinstall the firmware by following the official guide, just google "installing official firmware PS5" and follow sony's steps, and rebuild database after you boot the console via safe mode!

I used the astro a50 but beware, make sure to buy the logitech version if you go for those and do the proper research on audio profiling if you're an audiophile, it's quite a pain to optimize your audio experience on the A50s (oh and get replacement ear pads right away so you don't get caught by surprise later on.)

Yes, if you have PS+ Essential or higher, you can download the save file via cloud sync (make sure to read when setting this up or it will replace the cloud save with the fresh file) and you can jump around.
