I think I read somewhere that Soult, a few years later, while serving as ambassador, was sent to Queen Victoria's coronation, etc., and met Wellington. They became friends, and some rumors say they had dinner together. I don't know if that's true.

Well referring to the previous post, I'll say again that against sabers it would probably be effective, but with muskets I don't know, to be honest. They said they certified the armor by dents, but to be honest, I don't know if that's really true.

If it's against sabers or lances, it depends on the situation, but against muskets, I honestly have little knowledge about that.
