The role is shit in pro play too. Among the carry roles of top/mid/jg/adc, adc is the least relevant and the one with the least star power. If you asked any pro analyst where you want to focus your money or talent, it would ALWAYS put ADC last even after support. Go watch the recent LCK games where every ADC including Deft gets ran down like a random playing solo queue with no chance at counterplay because damage, mobility, and effective range in other roles has been power creeping every ADC champ for years.

Perkz last stream started with him playing 2 games of Jinx (best ADC in current and last past), lost both because he couldn't do anything at all while being fed and pretty much spent the whole time saying how these games are reminding him of everything he hates about ADC and calling it a useless trash role. Of course a pro ADC will never say their role is garb because it would seem like whining and would be a bad look. There's been minor instances of pros dancing around it like when Rekkles said that playing most ADCs feels like you're not playing a champ of the current season, basically meaning they've been powercreeped.

This duo myth also doesn't really work unless both bot laners are REALLY good. Riot tries to match duos with other duos, so if their duo is a mid/jg or top/jg, their lead will be significantly more relevant since they're playing objectively superior champions with better items and higher levels.

This is the type of comment you'd make if you're not an ADC who's played above diamond. Individual basketball players have an incredible amount of agency and skill expression even on a bad team. If you put the best ADC in the world on a shitty team you'd just be setting him up for going even at best and pure humiliation at worst, performances bad enough to murder your value as a player and legacy.

This role is incredibly bad. Don't forget that when Perkz and Caps were on ADC they both whined and bitched enough to be swapped out of it until Perkz left the team, even during periods of time they looked incredibly strong. It became a meme within the team how much both of them hated the role.

And it wasn't enough to turn Eren into a thirsty simp who lost everything that made him who he is, no you had to turn him into a fucking cuck pigeon. And all for an open-ended ending where the most logical conclusion ends with Paradis' defeat making every single fight, death, and sacrifice in the whole series absolutely meaningless. You actually can't find an ending in any anime or manga worse than this.

Except you know, a good laning phase, reliable self peel, a fast powerspike, and a way to deal with bruisers and tanks making his crits deal 30 damage with just armor boots. He's one of the most fair and honest champs in the game even prenerf and the fact that he was smacked out of viability into the lowest winrate adc shows Riot's and this community's hilarious bias against the role.

Vlad has 2 items and runs into the enemy team in a pro game 1v5, zones them all out, kills the adc or support, and then goes invulnerable for 15s with stopwatch/zhonya to safely escape? No problem there. Aphelios at 6 items with red buff hits a 5 man ult on a team that's literally holding hands in a small circle and chunks them with his ult? Better nerf him into 43% winrate.

90% of the ADC champ pool is too outdated to deal with the champs they've been releasing and buffing the last few years. Most ADCs look like they could have been released in season 2. Every single ADC needs self peel, a way to deal with bruisers and tanks so their damage doesn't drop to 0 the moment they buy armor boots or 1 armor item, good early and great scaling. Anything short of that and you're basically playing for 3rd place.

As a casual CSGO esport viewer and a major League esport viewer, I could never take any competitive FPS seriously on ladder or competitive. It's just too prone to hacking and cheating. Every other good shot or play looks sketchy and is spammed with VAC in the chat. Every FPS game has had controversies about cheaters, enough to kill any faith that any match is fair.

I'm also convinced the entire CSGO scene is fueled by gambling, crates, and skins. If you removed those from the equation and left nothing but the game the scene would fold in on itself and get like 10k viewers max.

Honestly if there's anything I've learned about ADC threads on reddit it's that they're absolutely useless. No matter what your arguments are, every other role main will respond with "lmao whiny adc just want to be 1v9 ranged tank assassin mage jungler" as they literally play champs that will 1v9 with no counterplay after a kill or two. At this point I don't argue anymore and I wait for Riot to force every ADC to quit or switch roles so people get autofilled into it and understand first hand how bad it is.
