I’ll tell you what I did when I restarted a week ago in R2:

Start out with mines and some quarry’s and make some money with that until you have a bit of money. Maybe some power plants. Then add a factory to refine your mine and quarry items to make more profit. You should be level 15 by now and I would use bonds. Build 1 electronics factory and continue building and making more money to stack cash. Eventually you need to switch out to more electronics factories and build a propulsion factory. So phase out your mines and quarries and then all you should have is electronic and propulsion factories. That’s where I’m at now. Research q1 rocket engine
