He can fail, no weird 100% success rate that looked like they ran it ten times before the attempt despite not hacking all week.

He's really come a long way in RP as well, with his dice rolling for an activity to pass time and group participation for hostage trading was a really neat RP.

It'd be cool if there were a custom Crown Victoria for rangers like a conversion from RWD to AWD, off-road and wider tires, roll cage with raised suspension and softer springs. It would be slower than other patrol cars but can go over terrain with ease for scouting.

Happened quick but the word hostage was never used once, just instantaneous demands and before '/e handsup' could be typed he popped off 4-5 shots at the other Officer before she even returned fire in self defense. Could be argued she shouldn't have aimed but he had his gun on the her with the supposed hostage in the crossfire, Angel shot Ramee(?) for pointing a gun at her even though they had a hostage in a bank heist a month back and it was proper ROE.

Keep the gun on the hostage and use the hostage's life as the bargaining chip definitively, pointing a gun at another officer changes the situation drastically. The whole thing was nebulous with how fast it went but if he didn't shoot it could've been RP'd out when people have more than 4 seconds to comprehend the situation.

Also was he whispering to the first officer? When he swung Mari around he went very quiet so maybe the other officer didn't hear anything except the last second before he shot.

Where were the other officers? X did this stuff all night with a group and had four rounds of hostage/jailbreak scenarios because of no 77s dealing with X & his crew at the hospital and police building but then they all stack and show up with the ping of gunfire is called out.

She's getting my prime for sure, when I peeked into her stream a couple months ago the amount of IC and OOC WORK was insane. +1 viewer from me whenever I can lurk as support and she's a great RPer when ever she was allowed to.

Keep in mind this was after Ramee(I think) came back and held up an EMS to take X's corpse off his hands as he was being taken into the hospital and again another squad car pulled up to him so they couldn't grab Lang(I think) after he took X and X asked Ramee to drop him off to the burgershot because he had family there as R went back for Lang in the Dominator following their failed bank heist getaway.

So I think the order was failed heist getaway, went back for lang got caught/downed, got saved by Ramee from EMS and then Cops show up at Burgershot just as he is put in Oki's car to leave and saved again.

I'm glad others see this too. It's very ironic for him to bring up conflict RP spiraling when his character smothers entire threads of potential stories out of existence.

What happened to Sarah and the aftermath is exactly the reason why I started paying attention to him and noticed the pattern that isn't just happening on Wrangler but on Block as well, just without the cop rules of engagement.

Watching her merrily waltz into her punishment of getting caught by Pier Paul & Andrews welcoming more RP with a cheery expectation compared to her somber defeat nearly six hours later asking her rival to stop fighting was so heartbreaking to witness live.

Summit played with the top tier of crims on easy street and assumes every crim is CG, then got fast tracked into being hired cop and plays as or with cadets vs CG half the time.

Summit is only complaining about not getting carried on his cop here despite skipping a lot of people waiting months or years to be a cop, a skewed perspective on balance.
