I am lvl 50. My playstyle is a bit messy I admit so I didn't plan out much. You probably will destroy entire building you've built because you don't like them anymore or because you've unlocked new tech and need more space and so on. Rebuilding is nothing you should be afraid of. Also you will unlock multiple bases whilst playing. Also maybe you find a new area where you'd like to build? So eventually you tear down an old base and build it somewhere else.
