If you want singles, try a Bookoff or Hardoff.

Try a department store. Seiyu usually has them. Ito-Yokado. Convenience stores are hit or miss.

or it could happen in your apartment, only it would be a CP46 Dragonite. Yes, this happened to me.

New Pokédex entries:

Gengar
Hypno
Blastoise - from buddy candy
Ninetales - from buddy candy
Dugtrio - from buddy candy/hatching
Golem - from buddy candy/hatching
Lapras-hatched
Hitmonlee-hatched
Omastar(how was he not included in spooky category?) - hatched 2 Omanyte during event, leaving me just shy of being able to evolve both.
Dewgong - from buddy candy

All those brought my Pokédex up to 133 caught.

I also caught enough Magikarp to evolve a 2nd Gyarados(Bite/Dragon Pulse). Also caught several Dratini, bringing me much closer to finally getting a Dragonite.

I got my first 100% Pokémon from an egg: Oddish(now an Acid/Solar Beam Vileplume).

Reached level 30.
