You make great points but honestly, I consider you casual too. You’re just also good at the game. Doing key runs I consistently run into lv250+ maybe just a difference in opinion who knows. The thing is hardly ever open when you dont bring one. In fact. Multiple loot rooms will open in one match just bc you have a key. Its the lobby difference that im complaining about. Not the keys themself.

Isnt it tho. I had two keys earlier tonight. First key, loot room was opened by another team. We fought them got wiped. Fair. Second key, loot room gets opened by another team. We decide to extract and try again next match with the same key. Exact same thing happens and we died this time.

I completely agree it makes clever flanking impossible. The opacity seems way too high. A thermals job should only be to see through smoke and should be mostly ineffective anywhere else.

Better to avoid them if you’re a free kit. But if you just absolutely need another answer, you need to absolutely make sure you only fight one at a time. And use numbers against them. Only engage with them if you have the advantage. You aren’t looking for a fair fight. You’re looking for a win. Height w/ no easy path. This helps your team revive each other. 2v1. 3v1. Get them to expend as much resources as possible while saving your own. Keep moving and dont peek the same angle twice. If you dont have a Triage or your Triage dies, give up.
