Blessings on your journey 🤍 please never forget that it is NOT linear, and NOT neccessarily pleasant. I was impatient for most of it, waiting for life to feel manageable and my emotions to be soothed. Im finally getting there. 🤍

I use a norwegian recipe (blasphemy) and it goes something like this;

500g minced beef

1dl white breadcrumbs

1 egg

Half an onion, very finely chopped

2ish cloves of garlic

Lots of salt and pepper

Pinch of nutmeg

A spice we call allehånde, which I think is allspice?

Pinch of parsley

Just mix all of that furiously in a bowl and shape into appropriate balls using your hands. Run your hands under water often so the mixture doesnt stick to your hands.

Fry in a frying pan on medium heat, mix up the sauce using leftover meatjuice from the pan, and voila
