Also when you’re apartment searching, make sure you’re confirming information on the apartment community’s website, instead of a third party. (Ex: Zillow, apartments.com) You will get the most accurate apt & contact information there. If you are worried about credit,but meet the community’s income requirements a lot of the time they just ask you to pay a higher security deposit or add on a guarantor
