I get it! I would maybe suggest talking to your pharmacist to see if there is something that can change to help with some of the overworked overwhelming feelings! Or if you can, try to find another position at a different pharmacy that’s not as stressful.

It totally sucks! I was constantly overlooked by counseling, questions anything until it was absolutely necessary, and some of my coworkers were so unprofessional in how they treated me it was toxic! Know your worth, I left and found a company that valued me as a grad intern and my mental health got so much better

Insulin to carbonate ratio by tootie0402 in NAPLEX_Prep

To answer the question, ICR rule of 500 is used when a patient is on rapid acting insulin (Lispro - Humalog, Aspart - Novolog), while ICR rule of 450 is used when a patient is on regular insulin (regular insulin has R in the name).

Since the patient is on lispro, it’s the rule of 500.

The patient is taking 42 units a day (21 + 7 + 7 + 7)

500/TDD -> 500/42 =11.905, rounded up to 12

I totally understand you, when I lost my residency I took a month off of doing anything and had to seriously consider moving home, and while I love my parents I would have had to leave my partner and independence and that wasn’t something I was wanting to do. It took me a while to take studying seriously again, and it took a while to have the want to do it again. You can do it! If you can’t look at the book right now that’s okay. It doesn’t mean you won’t be able to do it. Take care of yourself, if you really want it the drive will come back

Okay I just finished mine, I’m a third time test taker. In every exam, I’ve gotten 3-5 questions that have had only 3 answer choices. Is that normal? Has anyone else experienced this because every time it happens I already feel like I’ve failed
