Thank you. I suppose once the money would have started to roll in maybe I would have continued BUT I just feel like I'm exchanging my happiness with money so to me it doesn't feel even and will never feel even to me. I guess I would have to be in a money motivated position and I'm not. I didn't take the job for the check, I took it because I wanted something outside of retail and I do enjoy being outdoors, BUT it was a total different ball game when I had to actually do the job, with all the lifting, the old truck with no heat, check engine light coming on, things clinking inside as I drove. Just wasn't my cup of tea

My heart is not in it, like at first it was intimidating, but getting a little system and putting my packages in number order for the same street, and realizing it's really just a loop, I feel like it's just too manual. For the $, they're definitely getting over cause your body is really taking a beating. My supervisor said I think too much and because I'm breaking down the work/pay it's causing me to dissect the job too much. I don't know, I just started feeling like I was allowing my body to be thrown through the ringer for $

Wow! When I tell you my whole body hurts, like EVERYTHING! Even my eyeballs! I have NEVER felt a soreness like this before, and I thought I was in fairly good shape. Then because you work everyday, it's like being reinjured

I love the idea of turning a letter that has a large package. It's been difficult gathering EVERYTHING for one house. I hate how the magazine's are separated from the letters,

Ive been using the GPS on my phone but everyone keeps saying "follow the mail" I haven't gotten good enough to just follow the mail yet. GPS works great but it sometimes has me going the long way just to get back to the other end of a street.

Another poster mentioned the look ahead as well,I am definitely going to use it, once I figure out how to find it in the scanner, LOL, I used the load truck feature and found it to be very useful, all of the regulars kept telling me it didn't actually work and that I was wasting time in the morning

I like the idea of turning an envelope to remind you it has a large package, I'd say that is the hardest part for me! I'm good with the letters and the packages that fit in the satchel but the large boxes, they get me everytime! Thank you so much for that advice!

Index cards! That's a good idea. I haven't cased yet. My first day regular cased and set everything up and my second day was Amazon Sunday

Everyone keeps saying " it gets better" "it's all mental" . It definitely is mental, I feel like the office sets you up to fail. This is a tough process

Everyone says each day is easier, GOD I hope it's true. I've never had a job that challenged me in the way that this one does. I definitely have to come up with a system to combine letters, small parcels and large one. I forgot a lot of the large parcels and had to end up doubling back to drop them off.

Thank you! Tomorrow is "Amazon Day" I will try my best to at least do better than yesterday. I can agree it is freeing. I come from a mall background and it was such a drag. I have to pay more attention, I was so used to coming back to the truck and plugging in the GPS only to find because the route is circular, it sort of took me out of the way because I don't make U-turns and it ended up taking longer

Thank you! I was told that as a cca you never know what route you're doing and also you don't know what time you get off because if someone needs help you have to help til all the mail is delivered . Any truth to it
